All Sales Are Final

All Color Roulette purchases, including preorders, are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Preorders

Color Roulette products may be offered as preorders before manufacturing and fulfillment are completed.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a product that is scheduled to be manufactured and shipped at a later date.

Preorders cannot be canceled or refunded due to a change of mind.

Estimated production and shipping dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, production, or fulfillment circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at colorroulettegame@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another resolution.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate for a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

Product images, including digitally created are provided as visual representations of the Color Roulette product.

The final manufactured product may vary slightly from the images shown, including colors, finishes, packaging, materials, and other physical characteristics.
